Kindly note if any order is processed out of the state we will cancel the order and charge a cancellation fee from the customer for processing an invalid order. The amount will be refunded only after deduction of the cancellation fee. Rozewick Jar Candles, Wax Melts are other products are non-returnable due to consumable nature of the product. However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, By our discretion we will upon investigation provide a full or partial refund or a replacement whichever may be applicable.
